We're Here To Bring Residents and Property Owners Together

At South Bend Management Co, we are dedicated to servicing two sets of clients: the residents of our homes and the owners of those properties. Together, this trio creates an excellent living experience for one, wealth creation and growth for the other, and prosperity for all involved. Both clients have their respective needs; owners have property they would like to cash flow and build equity in, without day-to-day management responsibilities and residents are looking for a new home with responsive and customer relationship-oriented managers and maintenance team members. Our team’s job is to meet both needs and exceed expectations.

Our founding partners realized early on that the symbiotic relationship between a resident, the owner of the property they occupy and the property manager truly is greater than the sum of the parts. Residents who feel their needs are met, their questions are answered and their living space is safe, clean and well maintained are much more likely to adhere to the leases they sign, and even resign leases where they otherwise might continue their search for adequate housing. Owners of properties who receive consistent cash flow and whose houses are well looked after are in turn much quicker to invest in maintaining their properties. The positive snowball effect of the above phenomena is easy to imagine. We at South Bend Management Co are here to facilitate this relationship and improve the lives and profits of both of our client bases.

Joe Tiffany

Managing Broker

Joe Tiffany graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010. He worked as an agent for 7+ years with a focus in sales before deciding to become lead broker partnering with his brother John to form Tiffany Group Real Estate Advisors in 2016. Since then they have founded South Bend Management Co and King Brothers Renovations. The trio of operations provides services for all your real estate needs. He is an experienced Managing Broker with a demonstrated history of management and leadership skills. Joe is an investor as well, with ownership in over 50 residential units.

Louis Hiza

COO & Head of Property Management

Louis graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Physics and started his career immediately in the real estate industry in South Bend IN and Chicago IL, taking the various roles in commercial and residential brokerage, investment property acquisition and analysis, construction, and property management. As COO and Head of Property Management, he uses his refined knowledge and experience in business operations to continually improve South Bend Management Co, our services we provide and our commitment to the profitability of our clients’ portfolios.

Toni Smith

Assistant Property Manager

Toni graduated from I.U.S.B. with an associate degree in Business Management. Toni began her career in Communications, Sales, and Telemarketing. Toni started to work in Property Management in the Spring of 2013 as a collections agent/receptionist, where she learned her love for leasing and property management. Toni loves meeting new people and helping people find a place to call home.

Luna Coleman

Administrative Assistant

Luna, graduated with a degree in Education, majoring in Social Studies. Her background consists of administrative work. She’s experienced in managing phone calls, coordinating with tenants, and serving as the liaison between different office departments. She uses her compassion and enthusiasm to professionally execute her role.
