Yes, our security deposit is one month’s worth of rent. This covers any damage that is left in the house after your time of move out.

We accept check, cash, money order and credit/debit cards.

Rent is due on the first of the month and late on the 6th of them month if the lease was signed by us.

SBMCO is proud to be pet friendly! However, a couple of our houses under management are not pet friendly.

Leases are generally 12 months long, and the increase is reviewed close to the term end date. We review all leases prior to their yearly anniversary term, if we decide to give a rent increase you will be notified in writing.

Prior to moving, you must provide SBMCO with a 30 day written notice.
